These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bug Identifier mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using Bug Identifier, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bug Identifier for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Bug Identifier is designed for educational and informational purposes to help identify insects using AI technology.
The AI identification system provides suggestions based on image analysis. Results may not always be 100% accurate and should be used for educational purposes only.
• Use the app safely and responsibly
• Do not rely solely on the app for identifying potentially dangerous insects
• Supervise children when using the app
• Photos you take remain your property
• You grant the app permission to process images for identification purposes
• We do not store your photos permanently
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings after purchase

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings
• When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• For free trials: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• All refund requests must be made directly to Apple through Apple Support
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies
• Bug Identifier cannot process refunds as all billing is handled by Apple
• The app is provided "as is"
• We may update or modify features without notice
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Premium features require an active subscription
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on app identifications or any consequences of app usage.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
