This Privacy Policy explains how Axius Apps handles information when you use Listr.
Listr is designed to store your lists, list items, notes, item images, list colors, settings, profile name, and optional profile image so the app can provide list creation, organization, syncing, and collaboration features.
If you add photos to list items or choose a profile image, the app stores those images as part of your Listr data. Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to take or select an image.
If you enable iCloud Sync or use collaboration features, your list data, item data, profile name, profile image, invite metadata, and related collaboration records may be stored in Apple iCloud through CloudKit and shared with the people you invite.
The app uses TelemetryDeck analytics in release builds to understand app usage and improve reliability. Analytics may include app events, app version, device and operating system information, and general region information. We do not use analytics for third-party advertising or tracking.

Listr uses Apple CloudKit for iCloud syncing and collaboration. Data stored in iCloud is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy and security practices. When you share a list, the people you invite may see list content, item photos, notes, assignees, your display name, and profile image associated with that shared list.
Listr uses Apple StoreKit for subscriptions and in-app purchases. Apple processes payments. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment method details. Apple may provide subscription or purchase status information to the app so premium features can be unlocked.
If you allow notifications, Listr may notify you about shared list activity or collaboration updates. You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. Information is shared only as needed to operate the app, including Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, and push notification infrastructure, analytics through TelemetryDeck, and any people you choose to collaborate with.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. iCloud data remains in your iCloud account according to your iCloud settings and Listr sync state. If you delete all data in Listr while iCloud Sync is enabled, the app attempts to remove synced list and collaboration data from iCloud as well.
Shared list data may remain visible to collaborators until the shared list or collaboration access is removed. Analytics data may be retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form to understand app performance and usage trends.

- You can delete lists, list items, images, and all app data from within the app.
- You can manage camera, photo, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.

Listr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use platform services and reasonable safeguards to protect app data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
